Concept Requirement

To ensure your satisfaction, please provide clear and detailed instructions before the project begins—including preferred fonts, color schemes, themes, and any other design direction. Each project includes up to three complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $15 per revision.
Please note: Substantial changes that alter the original concept may require the purchase of a new design package.

Image Submission Guidelines

To maintain a professional standard, all images submitted must be high-quality and unfiltered. Please avoid selfies, blurry photos, or those altered with heavy editing or filters

Payment Policy

All design services must be paid in full prior to the start of your project. Payments are non-refundable.

Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for most design projects is 7–10 business days. For website design and branding packages, please allow 2–5 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
Rushed services are not available at this time.
Please note: Turnaround time begins only after all required information and materials have been received.

Idle Project Policy

Clients are provided with a 60-day window from the date of booking to submit all required project materials. Submissions received after this period will incur a $150 project reactivation fee in order to resume work.

Final Design Policy

Once the final design has been delivered, no further changes can be made to the project. The three included revisions are intended to ensure the design meets your expectations.
Any additional changes requested after final delivery will require a new project invoice and be treated as a separate design request.

Promotional Use Policy

By working with us, you agree that we may showcase your completed design projects on our website, social media, or other promotional platforms for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Proof Approval & Communication Policy

To ensure timely project completion, clients are expected to provide feedback or approval on design proofs within 5 business days of delivery.

 

If no response is received within this timeframe, the design will be considered approved as final and the project will be marked as complete.

 

Additional revisions or changes requested after this point will require a new project booking and may be subject to additional fees.

 

Consistent communication helps maintain project flow and ensures that every design meets your expectations in a timely manner.
